Initial Inquiry

The first step in the process is to fill out the contact form on the “Contact” page. This will allow us to get some basic information about your big day and how we can make your cake dreams come true! Sweet Evie’s does not have a storefront and operates by delivery only. We will reach out to you by email to discuss your design preferences.

It is recommended that you begin the consultation process 4 to 6 months prior to your event as dates may fill up.

Tasting

Then comes the most delicious part of the process! We create custom tasting boxes that are availabile for pick up at our downtown Spokane kitchen location. Tasting boxes will include one of the following options : (5) cake and filling combinations of your preference , (5) dessert items to try, or any combination of (5) desserts and cake items. We do not provide in person tastings and tasting box appointments are for pick up only. This ensures that you have the opportunity to taste and discuss your preferences at your leisure in your most comfortable environment. Tasting boxes require at least 2 weeks advance order and availability may be more limited during our busiest seasons. Tastings are $15.00.

Finalization of Design

After design discussions and tasting we will finalize your wedding cake order. Depending on the complexity and originality of the design, a design sketch may be provided at the cake artist’s discretion. At this time a 50% non- refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking and reserve your date.

Final Deposit

The final deposit for your order will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Delivery

Sweet Evie’s takes care of all aspects of delivering your cake. We will transport your cake from our bakery to your venue and provide as much set up as is feasible. Our goal is that you should be able to focus on your day and simply enjoy your sweet moment. Delivery is not available for orders under $100.
